At Blossomberry Gifting LLP, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully regarding all transactions on www.blossomberry.in (the "Site").
Please note: We don't accept returns or offer refunds for any products. All sales are final.
However, we're pleased to offer exchanges under specific conditions as outlined below.
1. Exchange Conditions & Eligibility
You can exchange or replace a product within 48 hours of its delivery date under these specified conditions:

Reasons for Exchange or Replacement:
- Genuine manufacturing defects.
- Damages incurred during transit.
- If a wrong item has been shipped to you.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for exchange, items must be in their original, pristine condition. This means they should be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with any accompanying labels or materials intact. For candles, this means they must not have been lit. For concrete pots and trays, they must show no signs of use, chips, cracks, or damage beyond any natural variations that are inherent to handcrafted items.
- Handcrafted Products: Our products are handcrafted by experienced artisans, which may result in slight variations in color tone, shape, or size. These minor variations are inherent to handmade items and aren't considered defects. Therefore, such products are not eligible for exchange or replacement based on these natural characteristics.
2. Exchange Process & Required Documentation
To ensure a smooth exchange process, please inspect your order carefully while making your mandatory unpacking video as soon as it's delivered. If, during this inspection, you discover your item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us immediately to initiate your exchange request.
To initiate an exchange and for us to evaluate your request quickly, please follow these steps:
- Email Us Promptly: Send an email to blossomberryindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order delivery.

Provide Details & Documentation:
- Include your order number.
- Attach a mandatory, unedited, and uncut unpacking video. This video must start by clearly showing the package seal and an all-around view of the entire unopened package. Then, it should continue through the complete opening of the box until any issue (i.e., the defect, damage, or incorrect item) is clearly visible. The video should also explain the issue as it's being shown. We understand this is an additional step, but it helps us accurately assess the claim and protects both parties from losses due to potential mishandling.
- Attach clear images of the product, specifically highlighting the damaged or incorrect item/issue.
- Briefly describe the problem you're experiencing with the product, referring to one of the eligible reasons above.
- Please note: Requests submitted without a valid unpacking video and clear images won't be accepted.
- Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and the provided documentation. If your exchange is approved based on the conditions above, we'll provide you with further instructions, including the shipping address for the return.
- Return Shipping: You'll be responsible for safely packing and shipping the eligible item back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Quality Check & Dispatch: Once we receive the returned item, a thorough quality check will be conducted to ensure it meets all eligibility criteria. If the item passes inspection, your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be dispatched. Please allow 7 business days for the new item to be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected.
